RESCHEDULING

If you need to reschedule an appointment, you may do so with at least 48 hours advance notice. If we are able to reschedule another appointment time within one month, there will be no charge. You must email your reschedule request to rosenbluth.meredith@gmail.com.

If you reach out to reschedule less than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, you will forfeit your appointment fee.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

There are no refunds given for cancelled appointments or withdrawing your attendance from a workshop. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment or workshop you have booked, you forfeit any monetary exchange submitted.

LATE ARRIVALS

Private Sessions: Private session appointments will be held for 15 minutes after the designated start time. If you are less than 15 minutes late, you will lose that partial time of your session. Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you will be considered a no show and lose the appointment and funds exchanged.

Workshops: Workshops will begin on time and are facilitated within a safe, intentional energetic container, which is held by me and buttressed by the collective energy of each sister who is present and has anchored her “YES” into the space. For this reason, doors will close at the start time of the workshop and will not re-open until the gathering is over. Unfortunately, if you are late to arrive, you will forfeit your spot in the workshop and no refund will be given. Please leave ample time for travel, parking, and settling in.

HEALTH POLICY

If you are attending an in-person session or workshop, please be self-responsible and mindful to arrive healthy and well. If you are experiencing any symptoms of any contagious illness, or have recently been in proximity with someone who has been experiencing any contagious illness, please stay home. Thank you.
